AFRICAN VIEWS–Kenya is a research, media, and development platform in Kenya that focuses its campaign on issues of Human Rights, Social and Environmental (in)Justice. It is simply a campaign platform championing development transformation! It speaks to the ears of donors and recipients, governments and citizens, oppressors and those who are oppressed, leaders and those who are led across the world, to change their mindsets and REWORK the whole issue of DEVELOPMENT.
It envisions an informed and empowered community that focuses on sustainable development with a mission to facilitate community capacity building and support through information, communication and collaboration that enhances a level playing ground for sustainable community development.
This platform is enshrined in the principles of dialogue and consultations, open communication, freedom of information and expression, investigation and truth, partnership, inclusive participation, and effective coordination.
Its campaign focuses to highlight and advocate on:
- Aid and Development Effectiveness
- Policy and Governance
- Globalization and Fair-trade
- Peace and Human Rights
